Great swimming pool and bar staff. Restaurant is a disaster.
6.0The maître at the restaurant acts like he's the king of the place, but not in a good way. Bossy and likes to tell guests off. Had a terrible experience trying to accommodate my group at the restaurant, that ended as soon as the maître decided he needed to make me and my friends embarassed before other guests. I've taken this to the attention of the hotel director, but I'm not sure whether this has been taken seriously - never got any feedback from her after our report.

8.0La piscina divina y súper limpia. Tiene reposeras y sombrillas súper cómodas. Desayuno: falta fruta fresca. Jogurt y algún jugo natural. Las habitación son súper cómodas. Con heladerita con bebidas. Las camas muy bien, las sábanas espectaculares.
− La atención de recepción no me gusto mucho. Les falta un poco de empatía cuando uno llega.
