4.0Due to a significant flight delay, we arrived at 5:00 AM the following morning. Despite having paid for a reservation with check-in starting at 2:00 PM, our room was not ready upon arrival, and we were forced to wait until it was prepared. After such a long and exhausting journey, this was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially considering that our reservation had already been paid for. We expected the room to be ready upon our arrival or, at the very least, better assistance and consideration from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations
− Arriving at 5:00 AM with children after a delayed flight, we had to wait for our room despite having a paid reservation. The receptionist was unclear and unhelpful, and the management showed a lack of responsibility and professionalism. A very disappointing experience.
