7.0Location was prefect for us. Private taxi directly to the hotel dock was easy and highly recommend. Adequate breakfast. Quiet. Canal view from our room. Early check in.
− The staff were pleasent but need to be more informative. I had done extensive research but others may need more help with recommendations. Furnishings were fine but need updating. Musty smell through out. Bedding and towels could use updating.

10.0The breakfast was wonderful. Every morning was scrambled eggs, cooked ham, and fresh pastries. The location was perfect. Short walk to either Rialto bridge or st marks square
Location was great but the hotel is quite run down. However, staff was excellent and saved our stay.
7.0The staff was the best thing about the hotel. The young lady at reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great.
− We paid 600 Euros per night for the triple room but not worth it as the room was quite run down.
