− The employees was rude! The key kept goin out had to keep getting new ones. Pool started getting worked on. Had room 222 it smelled lil mold the tube was nasty hair was in the bed! Was moved to 219. No breakfast only a coffee maker down stairs. Only one side works ! Also wanted to wash swimming clothes couldn’t because no one would give quarter. Refrigerator dnt have a freezer.

1.0Lo único que me gustó fue el servicio de una recepcionista Y de lo demás fue mal servicio.
− Pésimo servicio. Ya me había hospedado anteriormente y no tuve ninguna queja, y lo volví a reservar porque me habia gustado el servicio y el personal. Pero esta vez el personal fue insolente y la limpieza es horrible . En las paredes de la habitación había mucho moco pegado, la bañera muy sucio y el lavamanos muy manchado de moho . Cuando llegamos al hotel la recepcionista fue muy amable. Pero al momento de subir a las habitaciones un personal nos quito las llaves para el abrir nuestras puertas . Al siguiente día bajamos a la piscina y el recepcionista nos preguntó cuantas habitaciones habiamos reservado y el número de la habitación, y desde ese momento nos vigilaba a cada rato. Y para el dia siguiente que era el dia de dejar el hotel, todavía no salíamos de la habitación porque faltaba el tiempo de dejarlo, cuando de repente un personal del hotel abrió la puerta de la habitación y entro a checar de como habíamos dejado la habitación, eso me pareció una falta de respeto y falta de privacidad. Nunca más me volveré a hospedar allí. Y no lo puedo recomendar 😡😡

− They need to do better with the rooms the bathroom tub needs updating it’s always something in it for the 2nd time.
