9.0Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Mayank and rashmi were great and gave us some good recommendations. Loved the facilities and that everything was close together.
− Bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit dated, but clean. Bathroom could have been larger. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday and could have used a bit more variety. Food on the whole was a bit average.

9.0Great facilities, loved that the resort facilities like pool, sports and water sports were all in one location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
− Room and bathrooms were a bit small and dated. Food was average and could use a bit more variety. Especially breakfast buffet.

7.0La rapidité et gentillesse avec laquelle l’hôtel nous a prolongé notre séjour après l'annulation de notre vol.
− Tous les plats que j'ai commandé ont été un échec lors des repas. Une partie du personnel était peu ou pas qualifié, et ne semblait pas très souriant ni accueillant. Heureusement, une autre partie du personnel l'était vraiment et compensait l'ambiance générale.
Great property, slightly let down by staff
8.0Great pool, room was very clean and a good size
− Staff were not very helpful when it came to getting a bottle of wine for a birthday celebration, it was meant to be in our room on arrival, but instead was delivered 5 days after we arrived (this was after constantly following up, replies were slow, information given was incorrect) The food at the restaurant took ages to arrive (a salad & onion rings took 45 minutes to arrive after ordering)
Following the earthquake on 17 December 2024, some of our leisure facilities were affected. Restoration works are currently underway, and we appreciate your understanding during this period.
