Great location, but an old hotel with a disconnected front desk.
5.0The location is excellent, right in the center of the city and easy to walk everywhere from.
− The hotel feels dated. The reception team does not communicate with each other, so you have to repeat yourself. They were unable to issue my invoice. The room key cards constantly failed because of the old lock technology. We did not eat there, so I cannot comment on the food.

9.0Location is very good and felt safe. The room is a bit basic but comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind enough to help us with an amazon delivery before our arrival, which was appreciated

− Parts of the hotel are a bit dated, and the roof garden was closed on the evening when we tried to go up and use it
