8.0we were met by a friendly staff member who said if we upgraded to a JR Suite we would be able to access the room right away....and ....have a number of free items during our stay..... the items were free but we had to contact staff every day for more water and juice... we did not care about the alcohol items...AND the coffee/tea station was never refilled and our dirty cups were never replaced nor cleaned. We were given 1 set of items such as shower cap, comb, etc, but we had to go, in person, to the front desk for 1 more set as there were two of us in the suite. Those were never replenished. We were not impressed by the service ..more like the lack of service... breakfast was great...
