The hotel needs a renovation and they made our stay below average.

− Room was dated and dirty. Carpet was gross and sticky, shower made a whistle noise, and the room vibrated.
My day was OK but the park needs to work on training staff to be more alert and respectful as well as open up the facili

− Most attractions were closed without any notification the staff as far as lifeguards were very rude and indecisive. They didn’t have no organization to what was going on in the park. They also didn’t have many things available such as certain food drinks and they also weren’t able to accommodate my autistic son.
