− Que estuvimos 7 dias hospedados y no se hizo ningun dia limpieza, y que tuvimos que pedir que se sacara la basura, cambiar toallas y mas papel higienico, lo unico.

5.0La situation de l'appartement au centre ville de madrid.
− Nous sommes une famille de quatre personnes, composée de deux adultes et de deux enfants âgés de 17 et 15 ans. Nous avons loué un duplex disposant d’un lit double, qui est tout à fait correct. Cependant, le canapé-lit est dans un état catastrophique : il produit des bruits à chaque mouvement de mes enfants et il est extrêmement inconfortable, ce qui rend leur sommeil difficile. Malgré ma demande de remplacement du canapé-lit ou de mise à disposition d’une solution alternative, les responsables ont catégoriquement refusé de donner suite à ma demande. Je trouve cette attitude très décevante et regrettable, d’autant plus que nous avons payé pour un logement destiné à accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. La qualité de la literie est un élément essentiel du séjour, et il est inadmissible de laisser les clients dans une telle situation sans chercher une solution. Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement face à ce manque de considération envers les clients et j’espère que cette réclamation sera prise au sérieux.
