− Apartamento deja mucho que desear Los detectores de humos tapados con plástico, la campana extractora no funciona,solución que abra la ventana(la cual no se puede abrir casi pq esta el grifo de la cocina), la funda del colchón con quemazos,la luz del wc parecía una discoteca(y mantenimiento me dice que sabían que esta quemado el motor) No se puede alquilar un apartamento en esos estados y nadie se hace responsable por lo que hemos visto Abandonamos el apartamento 1 día antes

Water, electricity, air conditioning, heating and wifi are included in the price. The apartments are cleaned before and after the stay. We would like to inform you that we do not clean the apartments during your stay, only at check-in and check-out, nor do we change sheets and towels daily.
Towels and sheets are included in your apartment at the beginning of your stay. It is also included that clean towels will be left at the door of your apartment every 3 or 4 nights (depending on the length of the reservation) for stays of 5 nights or more, and clean sheets will also be left for you every 5 or 6 nights (depending on the duration of the reservation) for stays of 8 nights or more.
Dirty clothes can be deposited at the door of your apartment and will be collected by the staff. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
