Beautiful and comfortable Victorian home
10.0Staying here was like stepping back in time. The Victorian era mansion has been exquisitely preserved, both inside and out. However, it has been updated with modern conveniences like electricity and hot water. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner and cook were kind and attentive. The owner left clear instructions for us when we arrived after check in. Breakfast was delicious. Eating it on fine china was a lovely experience. It was a quiet location, close to the town center. We saw some deer in the yard!

4.0breakfasts were very good...room quite small...bathroom very small...bathtub/shower in center of bathroom--very dangerous -- difficult to get in and would not be accessible for one with any sort of disability...left 2 messages before arriving to inquire about local points of interest--never received a return call
