8.0− Room service did not happen. They knocked, I asked them to come back in 15 minutes and they never came back.
Fun stay, perfect location in Banff.
9.0Loved the family suite. The kids loved the fun bunk beds. The shower was clean and had great pressure. Rooms are fun and modern. The lobby has a cool vibe with swinging chairs, games and hockey table top set to play. Kids loved it. A&W next door was super convenient when we were starving at 11pm when our flights came in late and we checked in late.
