9.0Plane spotting was fun. Restaurants were good, thanks to the staff and chef, much appreciated.
− Arrived post 3pm, asked to check restaurants to prebook, was given QR sheet, told no hard copy to browse, advised can check in room, once phone charged, and no indication the desk was closing at 4pm. Husband worked with front desk and management, who rectified it, explained what was or was not open, etc. But communication and first impressions count. 1 printed menu and clarity needed. You can say its to save paper, but you print off receipts of booking - oh the irony! So, that set the tone for me.
