I wouldn’t be back or recommend this hotel. The only pleasant part was the staff.

− I did send a message to the staff. The photos are not a good representation of the actual room. There was only seating for 2, we couldn’t use the pool for more than 10 minutes due to amount of people, lack of chairs to sit and watch my kids. The carpets were very stained, we had a tiny bar of soap for 3 people. The tv didn’t work, and the door did not lock properly. This is a concern for a single mom with two kids. The noise was extreme well into the hours of 12am. Slamming doors, screaming, running back and forth. There is 1 elevator for the entire hotel so you will be waiting a significant time frame to go Up and down from the 4th floor.
Cribs or extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
