Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap. Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check in. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
