9.0La propreté de l’hôtel, des chambres… l’accès à la piscine, avoir une place de parking (payante), le buffet super bon et varié. Le personnel était super agréable. Les chambres confort !
− Les transats réservés à la piscine tôt le matin, à 8h du matin déjà plus de transat disponible !

9.0The buffet was amazing. The staff were super friendly and we loved our stay. It was also ideal as a base for heading to Portaventura World too :-)
− It's not the hotel's fault but the other guests were really noisy having conversations near our room at midnight, 4:30am, 5am etc - which was really annoying and not just an isolated instance. It happened several times

− Je n’est pas aimez car nous somme venue sans réservation et on nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet alors je les fait sur mon téléphone la réservation et il y avait au moin 5-6 chambre libre.

Groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, even if they are booked on different reservations. In the event of such reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them or apply special conditions and/or additional supplements if accepted.
Please note that drinks are not included for half board and full board room rates.
To book the All Inclusive in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program.
Important note: If you do not show up or check out before the schedule date, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount of the reservation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
