5.0The staff were very accommodating to our needs and very friendly.
− There was things missing like soap. Lighting was poor. My mom who stayed there was very uncomfortable. We could smell very strong weed smell in hallway when passing other hotel rooms. There was a whole list of things my mom didn't like
The front staff would not honor that I reserved the room for my son and I was not present even though I added him as the
1.0Not one thing! Staff was very rude to my child whom I made the reservation for!

10.0Mr. G and Sam are excellent!!! So kind and helpful. Rooms so clean, AC works great. With no smelly dusty odor. Breakfast area lots of choices.
− A few bushes outside could be cut back.

7.0Beautiful lobby area. Convenient location. The young man at reception was great.
− The weakest coffee. More like colored water. Had to walk over to McDonald’s to get a decent cup of coffee. Also no drinking water in the lobby or the room. Tap water is not drinkable in West Texas. Had to go to the reception counter to ask the receptionist every time I needed water.
