This property could be a 5 star rental, but there is evidence of water damage that needs to be fully addressed and repaired. Repairs have been started but there are flooring issues on the inside and visible unfinished repairs on the outside. The washer is there but has been disabled. If the repairs are finished and the balcony is repaired, this condo has a beautifully updated inside and impeccable views of the Gulf.

Condo was perfect Clean with fridge, ice maker, dishwasher and great AC Pool was clean (there’s a kiddie pool as well) Gulf view was fantastic from our room Walmart is right next door for any last minute needs! Would definitely stay again

No housekeeping was done while we were there nobody to take out trash no trash bags and cleaning fee is to high for the service offered tv did not work properly
