La piscina.

− Al llegar todo parecía muy bonito pero, al llegar al apartamento era súper súper viejo, en el baño todas las tuberías por fuera, la cuna de mi hija no estaba, los cojines del salón llenísimos de pelos y todas las camas por hacer. (Mi familia somos 2 adultos y 4 niños). Le dije que la cuna de mi hija no estaba y que enseguida subían a ponerla. Nos confiamos y nos fuimos a cenar y al llegar al apartamento con algunos de los niños durmiendo me encuentro que la cuna no estaba en el apartamento y al rato después de llamar a un número de teléfono sin respuesta, deje un mensaje y más tarde apareció una señora con una cuna de viaje para montar. Evidentemente nos tiramos rato montándola y para más inri no había colchón, dicen que ahí duermen ahí. Me tocó inventarme un colchoncito como pude. Cuando me di cuenta por la noche parte de la cuna se había desmontado. No habían rollos de papel de wc. Una toalla para cada uno para toda la estancia. Sin aire acondicionado. Para nosotros. No lo recomendamos y no volveremos.

Ubicación excelente,personal muy amable

− La habitación que nos tocó no me pareció muy cómoda,sobre todo las camas. Para dos personas altas la cama de matrimonio es pequeña y no muy comoda. El baño tenía algo de mal olor

Nous avons adoré la région et la résidence

La résidence est à taille humaine avec de. Eaux bâtiments dans le style basque . Nous étions très bien placés avec une terrasse et jardin au rdv donnant sur un espace boisé , pas de vis à vis . Les personnes à l’accueil étaient très accueillantes et ont pris rapidement en compte certains problèmes et les ont résolu . Merci

− Un peu loin du centre mais quand même largement faisable à pied ou bus . Manque peut être une petite supérette pour des biens de premières nécessités

Francois et son collègue de l'accueil ils ont sauvé notre séjour .Merci à eux.Tres bon relationnel des vrais professionnels de l'accueil.Les autres moyens. Piscine tres bien Parc arboré trés bien propre.

− odeur d'urine permanente a notre arrivée dans le premier logement nous avons ete changé apres signalement merci Francois. beaucoup d'incivililté surtout par les espagnols parlent en criant et jettent leur cigarette par terre, mais aussi des français qui hurlent jusqu'à 2 h du mat. il faut un veilleur de nuit. équipe de ménage moyenne on voit quil font le minimum sauf Nadege qui avait préparé notre deuxieme logement.
