3.0− Les filles de la réceptions ne disent même pas Bonjour, et disent qu il n y a pas de chambre disponible alors que leur collègue nous donne une chambre , elles parlent 30 min entre elles et au téléphone alors que les clients attendent. Pas de sympathie ni de service ni de gentillesse, il faut faire des cours et ramener des gens bien former et plus de contrôle de la part du propriétaire

7.0− يوجد موقف لم يكن لطيف من قبل موظف الرسبشن ويدل على عدم التعاون . كنت مريض واحتاج الى الدواء فكلمت خطيبتي تأتي لي بدواء واكل خفيف يناسب حالتي الصحية حيث كان عندي تلوث من احد المطاعم وفعلا جابت لي الدواء بالتاكسي ورفض احد الموظفين ان تقوم بالدخول الى لوبي الفندق لتسليمي اياه بحجة انه ممنوع !! طبعا مفهوم انه ممنوع الفتاة تدخل لغرفة رجل وهذا امر جيد لمنع الاعمال الااخلاقية وموجود المنع في كل الفنادق بأغلب الدول العربية . ولكن ان تمنع ان تأتي للوبي امام الرسبشن وامام الناس لاستلام غرضي ثم تذهب هي الى بيتها واظطر ان اخرج للشارع لاستلامه منها هذا تصرف غير جيد ولا مبرر له خاصه اني جعلت موظف الرسبشن يشاهد الاصق في يدي بعد ان اعطاني الطبيب حقنه وكنت تعبان فعلا ولا يراعي الحالة الصحية ومصنف انه فندق خمسة نجوم ويفتقد للجانب الانساني يجعلني لا افكر بالعودة لهذا الفندق مره اخرى .
