Belle situation, bon hôtel, buffet très limité.

L'hôtel a une très bonne situation, proche de tout, de la plage, et les centres animés et d'achat. La vue depuis l'hôtel est magnifique, mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas la vue mer. Le soir, en raison de sa proximité, il est très agréable d'aller marcher au bord de la plage.

− Le nettoyage des chambres est très primaire, la femme de ménage fait le lit, doit surement nettoyer un peu le sol, pour dire qu'elle l'a faite, c'est tout. Il y avait des poils et cheveux partout sur le sol, certes les nôtres, mais la preuve que c'était mal nettoyer. Malgré qu'on a demander plusieurs fois, cela a mis du temps à se faire. Nous nous sommes absentés de la chambre entre 11h30 et 15h30, et avons mis le papier pour demander que la chambre soit faite, mais à notre retour, elle ne l'était pas, et la femme de chambre nous a informé qu'on avait mis le panneau ne pas déranger, alors que c'était le panneau faire le ménage svp. Bref, c'est dommage, car malgré tout, nous avons apprécié le séjour. Les buffets pour le petit déjeuner et le diner sont très bon, mais manque d'originalité, c'est tout les jours la même chose. Même la soirée italienne, on avait la pizza et les spaghettis qu'on a toute la semaine. Pour un pays de charcuterie, fromage et olives, il en manquait terriblement, il y avait une sorte d'olives, c'est tout. On a bien mangé, mais pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine, le buffet est très limité. Nous avons mangés à l'extérieur le dernier soir pour changer un peu, car avec un séjour de 11 nuits, au bout de 5-6 jours, on a déjà fait le tour du buffet.

Posizione ottimale, a due passi dalla movida di Magaluf ma comunque in una via tranquilla. Non si sente tutta la confusione provenire dalla vicinissima Magaluf. Personale molto cordiale. Colazione e cena a buffet top. Tutto molto buono e in gran quantità.

− Se devo trovare un'unica pecca, è il parcheggio. È veramente complicato riuscire a trovare parcheggio nel mese di luglio, ma comunque si riesce.

Emplacement idéal

Le personnel est génial. Un monsieur de l'accueil nous a aidé et accompagné de A à Z pour nous rendre aux urgences suite à un accident de notre fils. Un grand merci à lui. L'emplacement est parfait, les piscines sont top, le restaurant, les cocktails sont bons. Rien à dire, vue magnifique depuis le balcon de la chambre.
