− Desk people didn't speak good English!
It was dated but clean. The staff were nice and accommodating. We will stay there again next year for sure.
8.0Comfy bed. Quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Had a full view of parking lot and was able to check on bike periodically. We needed fresh towels they instantly got us towels. There was an issue with the tv they instantly showed up to resolve the problem. Customer service was great.
− Very high in price for what it was. It was over $200 a night. But in their defense it was bike time weekend in Muskegon so every hotel jacked up the prices. That’s the only reason for the lower scoring.
TOO MUCH FOR THE PRICE AND SOME OF THE PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OF THE ROOMS DID NOT MEET CODES.
3.0Close to where I had to be.
− No coffee machine in the room. hanging wet ceiling in the bathroom shower. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY SPENT FOR THE LODGING. $260? REALLY. AND THE WEB PAGE STILL SAYS $65? YOU HAVE A FRAUD PROBLEM.
We weren’t in the room only to sleep so it worked out
