5.0És un hotel reformado y está en primera linia de playa. Frente al hotel hay parada de bus y parada del trenecito que recorre el paseo marítimo. El personal simpático y atento.
− En general es un hotel correcto, pero no lo calificaría de 4 estrellas. Aunque está ubicado en primera linea de mar, es una zona de jovenes alemanes y a 4 min hay una macro discoteca, por lo que no es una zona idónea para familias. En las zonas comunes (pasillos, comedor, recepción...) la temperatura es alta y con el calor que hace en verano no es cómodo desayunar o cenar sin que a penas se note el AC y acabar sudando. La habitación es algo estrecha y poco practica, aunque la temperatura con el AC es correcta. El bufet es poco variado, repetitivo y los productos no son de muy buena calidad. Antes de llegar envié un mail pidiendo información sobre coches de alquiler y excursiones y nunca me contestaron. Una vez allí volví a preguntar y tampoco me dieron demasiada información, ni siquiera me dieron folletos en español, indicándome que no sabían si existían en español.

− Disappointed. The food quality was good but lacking in variety,air conditioning didn't work in restaurant and was very hot and stuffy ,room air conditioning work very weak,room was clean, but few times after cleaning we found left opened balcony doors(unsafe), balcony wasn't clean ,and it was full of ashes everywhere ( we don't smoke) ,staff were not helpful and not client oriented.Price is too big for service what we got..
