− Booked a king room and was a queen. Rooms are rundown, have leaks, broken items (mirror and facet), shower didn't stay hot. Lack of outlets was upsetting

4.0The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean.
− I booked a handicapp room and had to move furniture around a bit to get my wheelchair thru the room. The shower was not handicapp accessible and a shower chair was not offered.
