Doubletree hotel in Cambridge is better than that in Bristol.

− Lifts were out of order, one working one was so small and slow, it took forever to take luggage to our rooms and to check out, not even at peak times. The aircon didn’t work properly, which in the current heat was less than ideal.

− Cleaners knocking the door three times within a 30 min period before 10am. Very disappointing and will not stay here again.

The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon arrival.
