Pool area is extremely dangerous, very slippery and water temperature like ice

− The water in the pool was ice cold, it was like jumping into a bath of ice cubes. There was nobody using the pool and it was 100° outside. I dare any employee to go into that pool. It is such a shame, I was there with my children, and they don’t mind a Cold pull it all but even they didn’t like the temperature of the pool at your hotel. The second thing which is a liability was the tile around. The pool was very very slippery. Not only that I slip and fall but so did two of my children, even though we were being very careful. Whoever designed or thought of putting that type of tile around a pool where it gets wet is a moron. I would like one of your executives to get in that icy cold pool and step out and see if they don’t slip and slide on the tile. I’m surprised you guys haven’t got sued yet.
