Blick auf Venedig
9.0Der Blick auf Venedig ist wunderschön. Also, Zimmer mit Aussicht wählen. Der Shuttleservie in die Stadt mit dem Hilton Boot läuft alle 40 Minuten Problemlos . Zum Frühstücken haben wir einen kleinen Raum gewählt . Es ist ruhiger. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön . Einen Prosecco in der Sonne genießen und entspannende Loungemusik.
− Es sind durch die Größe des Hotels oft unübersichtliche Wege zum Fahrstuhl und ins Zimmer.

6.0Krásně zrekonstruovaná historická budova, pěkný poooj, dobrá snídaně
− Peníze za pokoj nám strhli dvakrát, do teď po několika urgencích neposlali zpět. Na hotelové recepci málo personálu, tvoří se dlouhé fronty, při čekání nebyla k dispozici voda k pití, což bych u tak drahého hotelu v případě čekání ocenila. Hotel je postaven na druhé straně, tudíž je nutné počítat s větší rezervou na převoz lodi. Hotelový transport za poplatek. A další zklamaní bylo, uzavřený hotelový bazén. Údajně již nebyla sezona. Byla půlka října a velká vedra. Takze nas to mrzelo.

Great staff, great building but highly commercial and a bit of a rip off
6.0Lovely staff. Interesting historic building. Some of the rooms were nice. Lovely welcome surprise for my birthday
− The hotel seems to put profitability before the customer experience. For example, it advertises a spa but that’s an additional $40 charge per person for 2 hours (on top of a very expensive daily rate). Whilst the building is lovely, the location requires constant transportation to get to the main island, which again results in additional charges.
Despite the couple of issues, an enjoyable stay
8.0Hotel is stunning, location is good if a little away from main centres and you require river taxi to access main areas of Venice. The hotel have their own shuttle boat, however they do charge a fee per person to use this
− We had to change room due to the noise from adjoining room. This was not an issue with the people in that room, rather that there was no sound insulation between the rooms. The hotel did handle this very professionally The hotel charged us a cover charge to have dinner in their restaurant, very disappointing. Also the hotel charge for use of the WiFi, again very disappointing considering the cost to stay

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
