8.0Clean and updated. Safe and quiet. The woman and man who checked us in and out could definitely be friendlier. Parking was never a problem. The room was small and tight for 2 people. But for a night or two, it's tolerable. Price was also decent. Would recommend.

6.0Check in and check out with the owners were not the friendliest. The area was safe enough. The room was clean and updated but very small. AC worked fine as did the fridge and microwave. The TV worked only one of the two days we were there. Parking can be limited. Area is walkable. Shower temperature was good but the pressure was low. Wooden blinds over the window looked nice, but let a lot of light in. Less than 10 minutes to Monterey. No breakfast. Mostly quiet. Overall, decent for a short stay.

1.0− Broken coffees maker, patio door had no handle and did shut all the way, shower had no pressure, fridge and was warm, bed uncomfortable, toilet over flooded and the heater would not turn on.
