👎 😡 Unfortunately, I cannot mention anything we liked because the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The numerous problems we encountered throughout our stay overshadowed every other aspect of the property. As a result, there was nothing that stood out positively enough for us to mention. Throughout our stay, I found several members of the reception staff to be unwelcoming and dismissive. Rather than attempting to resolve the issues we reported, our concerns were often met with indifference, leaving us feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I DO NOT recommend this property. We chose this hotel expecting the standards associated with a three-star hotel but left feeling disappointed by the cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and the handling of our security deposit. In addition during our stay we spend all of the day outside when we come back at the end of the day everyday we have a problem to discuss with them air condition is not working no shampoo no toilet papers they let you forget what you seen all of the day and enjoy , also when I come back 1 week making me send booking.com why and what happened and sending them and writing for 1 week , to retrun my 70 euros which they took without a reason. DON’T GO THERE , FIND ANOTHER PLACE, YOU WILL REALLY REGRET IT. The most disappointing part of our stay occurred after check-out. Before leaving, I invited the receptionist to inspect the apartment while I was still present. He declined and informed me that my €150 security deposit would be refunded within two days. Instead, two days later, I discovered that €70 had been deducted from my deposit without any prior explanation. After contacting the hotel through Booking.com, I received a response stating that I should be "happy" they had not charged the full €150.👎 😡

− A disappointing hotel experiences we have had 🤬 , Upon check-in, we were required to pay a €150 security deposit. We had no issue with this requirement and expected the deposit to be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage was caused. Fridge, microwave, bathrooms, furniture,balcont,floor were visibly dirty🤢. There was dust on the bedside furniture, and the general condition suggested that cleaning had not been carried out properly before we checked in. I took photographs immediately after entering the room. The pillows were heavily stained with molded covers🤢. When I showed the photographs to the receptionist, she initially🤢 told me there were no replacement pillows available. Only after a lengthy discussion were we given pillow covers. Air condition not working. Two staff came but both failed to fix it. we received instructions—don’t touch it! in a rude way. the apartment remained like sauna🥵 The children's sofa bed was also uncomfortable because the mattress was extremely thin and under it very dirty When we arrived, the shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. After requesting shampoo every day, we finally received only one small bottle two days later for four people. Poor WiFi, bad lighting making several areas quite dark. When we asked about room cleaning, the receptionist informed us that rooms are cleaned only every eight days because the property "works like Airbnb." However, the property is advertised as a three-star hotel, and we expected hotel services. Since no housekeeping was provided during our stay, we had to clean the apartment ourselves every day and take our own rubbish outside to avoid it accumulating in the room. Four guests staying six nights were initially provided with only two toilet paper rolls. When we requested additional rolls, we were informed that each extra roll would cost €0.50.

Gute Lage und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen , Abkühlung im Pool gern genutzt

− Keine Reinigung bzw. kein regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend für das Geld 14€ pro Person , wird nicht abgeräumt insgesamt legt Personal wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit, oft fehlte Geschirr oder anderes, Hotel ist nicht ausgelegt für soetwas , quasi alles nur aus der Verpackung, dann kann man es lieber selbst machen und das viele Geld dafür sparen !
