Sehr hilfsbereite unkomplizierte Vermieter. Ordentliche Ausstattung.
− Die gesamten Unterkunft wird eher durch das etwas zweifelhafte Stadtbild, als durch die Lage in der Nähe der schönen Weserlandschaft geprägt. Und so ist sie wohl eher geeignet für Handwerker, die einfach solide und zentral unterkommen wollen, als für Weserurlauber mit etwas Anspruch.

Großes Zimmer. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Gemeinsame kleine Küche und Innenhof. Sehr zentral gelegen.
− Von der Fußgängerzone konnte man direkt auf das Bett gucken.
