Une maison close !!!

Tout commence par le digicode pour rentrer dans le bâtiment. Vu qu'il ne fonctionnais pas, j'appelle l'assistance, qui m'indique que ca fonctionne, et me prends pour une buse. Voici donc une premiere version de leur service client, mais coup de chance, quand je perd patience avec mon interlocuteur, un homme sors du bâtiment, et j'arrive donc a rentrer. Premiere impression, forte odeur d'urine dans l'escalier, étroit, abîmé, irrégulier et mal entretenu. J'arrive dans mon logement, je suis assez surpris : les photos étaient très flatteuses, bien trop, mais c'est le jeu, ca arrive. Pour l'appartement en soi, un peu sale, l'odeur de café brûlé ne veut pas partir dans la cuisine, et une forte odeur de produits chimiques se dégage de la salle de bain. Concernant la chambre, pas d'odeurs, mais du bruit. Une mauvaise isolation de fenêtre et de couloir, on entends les passants et les véhicules, mais la rue est calme la nuit. Contrairement aux autres appartements ! En effet, l'isolation aux autres logement est moindre, et c'est accentué par les occupantes des logements : des prostituées que vous pourrez entendre gémir toutes les demies heures depuis votre chambre, a chaque nouveau client. Mais d'un coté pratique, le passage permet de ne pas être géné par le digicode HS a l'entrée. D'ailleurs, le lendemain, un "client" m'a montré comment rentrer quand on le souhaite : un grand coup d'épaule dans la porte et c'est ouvert ! Bref, fuyez ! Smartflats, partenaire de la prostitution de liege!

Dans la globalité tout était parfait simplement on entendait tout ce que les gens faisait et le soir les personnes au dessus on fait une soirées jusque 4h du matin donc impossible de fermer l oeil... cela devrait etre interdit les soirée la bas aussi nombreuse !

We stayed in the studio flat, the location is very good with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as key sightseeings of Liège. The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm).
