INSOPORTABLE - UN VERDADERO DRAMA

Únicamente Segunda Jefa de Recepción evitó un verdadero drama …

− El peor hotel en el que me he alojado desde que utilizo la plataforma Booking.com. La lista de problemas e inconvenientes es realmente extensa. 1. Habitación diferente a la reservada. Reservé una habitación de categoría Comfort, pero al llegar me asignaron una habitación de una categoría inferior, sin aire acondicionado. La temperatura en el interior superaba fácilmente los 50 °C. Al abrir la ventana para intentar ventilar la habitación, el volumen de la música procedente de la piscina era tan alto que resultaba completamente imposible descansar. 2. Estado de la habitación y del mobiliario. Los muebles eran muy antiguos y las camas estaban completamente desprovista de equipamiento: no había sábanas, almohadas, edredones ni ningún tipo de ropa de cama preparada para los huéspedes. 3. Condiciones de la habitación. Aunque la habitación estaba aparentemente limpia, la cantidad de productos químicos y ambientadores utilizados era tan excesiva que irritaba los ojos y hacía muy difícil permanecer dentro de la habitación. 4. Calidad de la comida. La cena fue de una calidad extremadamente baja. Compararla con un comedor universitario sería incluso exagerar a favor del hotel. La oferta gastronómica estaba muy por debajo de lo que cabría esperar de un establecimiento que recibe turistas. En mi opinión, este hotel no debería alojar huéspedes en las condiciones actuales. La experiencia estuvo muy lejos de los estándares mínimos de calidad y hospitalidad. Sin duda, ha sido la peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido en los últimos años utilizando Booking.com.

Hotel limpio y correcto

El apartahotel esta bien, las habitaciones son bonitas, están bien cuidadas aunque tiran un poco a antiguas. En general todas las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal del hotel es muy amable.

− El buffet era bastante básico y con poco variedad. Siento decir que el pescado estaba casi siempre malísimo y para los niños sólo macarrones y pizza, no vi ni una hamburguesa en los 10 días que estuve allí. Tiene servicio de auto-lavandería, detalle que está súper bien,pero aunque pone que la lavadora añade el jabón y el suavizante yo lo dudo mucho porque aquella colada no olía a jabón y a suavizante menos. El hotel está en una zona tranquila y para ir a una playa de arena hay que andar unos 20 min. Las habitaciones estaban bien pero no me gustó la distribución, sólo el dormitorio daba al balcón, por lo que resultaría muy incómodo comer en la terraza ( habría que pasar con la comida por la habitación) y el salón comedor se quedaba muy oscuro porque aunque tenía una ventana si abrías las cortinas te veía la gente al pasar.
