Horrible and Disgusting!

Nothing at all.

− The room was infested with bugs, the bed looked like it was slept in, there was bug droppings on the top of the bed comforter, they had a makeshift A/C unit sitting on a chair with a hose going out the window, duct taped in place for cooling, but it was 88° in the room, the parking lot had people doing drugs on the side of the building and there was trash and abandoned vehicles all over the parking lot, the hallways were filthy and smelled horrible and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. This place shouldn't have never been on booking and I should've been reimbursed fully for the lack of safety, health, and the false impression of this hotel.

− Said coffee and breakfast as it says on the wall but there was nothing no coffee no breakfast staff was never seen

Have stayed her over 100 times, this was most pleasant.

Convenient clean and host was very polite.

− Bath towels are size of hand towels and water pressure for hot water is very low in shower on first floor

− Desk clerk was not there. Once there, was rude, wouldn't except any cards for payment, cash only, and could not make change. So had to overpay, after booking charged me also and never should have. There were bugs with a fresh bomb spray can still in the room, no extra blankets or pillows and what were there resembled what you might think of inmates getting at a county jail. The TV did not work. The outside doors did not lock. It smelled real funky....just nothing good to say about this place or booking on this one. Overcharged twice, and would have been better off sleeping in the car. I don't mind a cheaper place sometimes but to get double charged and have nothing good to say...should have slept in the car. Thanks...no, not really...
