7.0It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
− Our entry lock was very difficult to open and we had to get staff to let us in. There was one tissue.in the box with no refills in the room, and apparently no one checked to make sure the TV was connected properly. I had to ask someone to come to the room to get the TV to work but she was very pleasant,.as.was the guy that checked us in. The "breakfast" was pathetic - muffins, coffee and a few pieces of.fruit.
If you are going to the caves it is a great place close to everything and great price.
9.0It was really close to the caves. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. We were close to places to eat. The price was one the main reasons I picked this and it was great.

− The beds were a little hard for me, my husband didn't have a problem with them though, so I think it was just me. The breakfast offerings were okay but could have been a little better. the room was not very expensive compared to others in the area, so I understand why.
