Absolutely delightful.
10.0The room was excellent and the staff was fabulous. Location is a big plus for us. Hotel has a lot of character. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth the price.
− La Ramble is torn up and will be for the next few months which caused us issues with having taxis drop us off at the main door of the hotel. Once they dropped us off across the street opposite side of La Rambla. Not very convenient with luggage. However, once hotel knew this, they helped get us taxis to go to the ship and airport. They were wonderful.
Wonderful hotel with a lot of character. I highly recommend it.
10.0Breakfast was great and staff is wonderful. Location is perfect.
− We had a water issue in our room - no HOT water for our first night stay. However, after the first night they did move us to another room that had hot water, but it took the whole first night and until after 4pm the second day. They handled it well but it's hard when you arrive from a long flight to not be able to get into your room and once in not have hot water and no other room for them to move you to. They did their best to accommodate us and even upgraded us to a better room when one became available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. We have stayed here many times and never had a problem ever before this. IT IS OUR GO TO PLACE FOR BARCELONA and will remain so.

− Тераса заради якої я обирала цей готель була частково закрита на ремонт і про це не попередили. Вікна мого номеру виходили на стіну. При заселенні дівчина на ресепшн була груба.
