A impressão que me deu e que falta gestão neste estabelecimento.

Atenção da equipe de atendimento de checkin do hotel. Todos muito prestativos.

− Por duas vezes o quartonão foi arrumado. Quando retornei de passeio tive que reclamar e aguardar que fizessem a arrumação. As toalhas são de pésima qualidade (muito finas). Lampada queimada no corredores. Luz do quarto ao desligar permanecia acessa (não se apagava por completo). Apesar do esforço da equipe da cozinha o café da manhã fica a dever. Alguem tem que informar que pão de queijo não se põe para aquecer. Ele mucha. O pessoal me informou que essa era uma oritentação do gerente do hotel. Lamentável.

Funcionários bem treinados e competentes, seja da recepção, limpeza, café... O quarto ébem confortável e tem uma vista linda. Hotel bem localizado.

− A iluminação do quarto não estava boa, várias lâmpadas não acendiam. Tem cozinha mas não tem seguer um talher. A porta da sacada abre com dificuldade. Havia água no ofurô e não sei se foi limpo anteriormente.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
