8.0Location and style
− Could they leave a number/contactable via WhatsApp as the reception numbers went to voicemail when we had an issue. It’s a well designed flat in a stunning location Feel it could do with a bit more attention to external parts The upstairs terrace was too hot to use in the day but there was no lighting so could not use it in the evening, the external entrance lamp wasn’t working as the bulb needed changing. Need to provide an option for collecting organic rubbish when weather is hot rather than after our leaving.

10.0The host is extremely friendly. On the day when we arrived she looked out car parking space for us and make sure we have a parking space nearby. They also introduced local caffe and restaurants to us and booked one for us. We met the whole family (the host lady, her husband and her son) and they are super friendly and warm people and make our stay so easy and enjoyable!
− The water for the shower in the bathroom seems a bit small.

9.0Le calme.. appartement très spacieux. Jolie situation aux pieds du château.
− Accès un peu compliqué avec les valises. Le fait que le spa ne soit pas inclus. Après discussion avec les tenanciers, ils nous ont gentiment expliqué que le SPA était sur réservation et payable en plus du logement. Je n’ai pas vu cette information, du coup rapport qualité/prix, excessif à mon sens.

10.0La Suite è di una bellezza abbagliante, curata nei minimi dettagli, unendo un arredamento moderno e funzionale a delle decorazioni pittoriche originali medievali. La Terrazza stupenda, in totale privacy. La location accanto al castello è una vera chicca, crea un'atmosfera magica! Il personale meraviglioso, accogliente, attento e gentilissimo. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente ❤️

10.0Gli appartamenti sono ampi, curati, ben arredati e molto forniti. La loro posizione è spettacolare: a pochi metri dal castello di Poppi con vista mozzafiato sulla valle. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza in Casentino.
