9.0Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr gelungen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es war bei unserer Ankunft wieder sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich, die Qualität ausgezeichnet und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die jungen Damen an der Rezeption beim Check-in und Check-out haben uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Professionalität einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die wunderschöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
− Leider gab es auch eine negative Erfahrung, die unseren ersten Abend im Hotel überschattet hat. Es betrifft einen bestimmten Kellner, dessen Namen wir leider nicht kennen. Er ist gross, trägt eine Brille und war für die Tische im vorderen Balkon-/Terrassenbereich mit direktem Meerblick zuständig. Am ersten Abend wurden wir von mehreren Kellnern, insbesondere jedoch von diesem Mitarbeiter, über längere Zeit ignoriert. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis überhaupt jemand zu unserem Tisch kam. Als ich ihn schliesslich darauf ansprach, dass wir gerne bestellen möchten, reagierte er mit einer unklaren und wenig freundlichen Bemerkung, die bei uns einen sehr merkwürdigen und unhöflichen Eindruck hinterliess. Danach lief er mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbei, ohne unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, sodass wir erneut lange warten mussten. Nachdem er sehr ungewollt gekommen ist, nahm er unsere Bestellung auf. Dabei gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine freundliche Reaktion. Seine Mimik und sein Verhalten wirkten sehr unfreundlich, respektlos und wenig professionell. Schade ist, dass wir seinen Namen nicht kennen. Wir haben versucht, diesen zu erkennen, konnten ihn jedoch leider nicht lesen. Da uns diese Situation sehr in Erinnerung geblieben ist, möchten wir sie dennoch erwähnen. Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns bei allen anderen Mitarbeitenden für ihren freundlichen Service.

Un albergo favoloso su tutti i livelli!
10.0L'organizzazione di questo family hotel è ottima. Ha una bella piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdraio assegnati. Il livello dei pasti in pensione completa è ottimo: si ordina alla carta, e sono molto disponibili per modifiche e piatti fuori menu. La pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere è a livelli altissimi. Un commento speciale va alla signora delle pulizie del 6° piano. Lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Ci sono tantissime attività degli animatori per i bambini in piscina e in giardino. Grazie all'organizzazione non c'è caos, anche se ci sono famiglie con bambini. Il clima è davvero favoloso. Questo non è solo un albergo, è la definizione di vacanza ideale! Non vedo l'ora di ritornare, grazie per la Vostra accoglienza unica.

3.0Grosse Zimmer, super Lage, direkt am Strand, Liegen + Schirm inklusive, serviertes Essen war sehr gut
− Vor Ort mussten wir zu dem an Booking bezahlten Preis noch über 200 Euro draufzahlen. Die Abendessenszeit beginnt erst um 19:30 Uhr. Aus unserer Sicht ist dies für kleine Kinder zu spät. Wir waren eine Woche dort und das Restaurant hatte nur an einem einzigen Abend pünktlich geöffnet, sonst sogar noch später... Dementsprechend war es sehr chaotisch im Essenssaal, alle waren am Verhungern, füllten übertrieben viele Teller und plünderten zum Teil schon zum Beginn des Essens das Dessertbuffet. Vieles wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Personal teils top und teils flop. Kaffee musste man beim Frühstück leider bestellen (keine Selbstbedienung) und es gab Frühstücke an welchem wir keinen Kaffee bestellen konnten, sehr schade. Einen zweiten Kaffee gab es nie. Update: Nach meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung von 5/10 wurde ich kontaktiert und mittels Rabattgutschein für die nächste Buchung gebeten, die Bewertung anzupassen. Ich gab 6/10 aufgrund der persönlichen Kontaktaufnahme. Dies war zu wenig und ich wurde dazu aufgefordert meine Bewertung zu löschen, da sie immer noch nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Sehr schade und hinterlässt ein komisches Gefühl. Inzwischen habe ich einige andere Bewertungen durchgelesen und viele Bewertungen geben erstaunlich viele Punkte, obwohl negative Sachen erwähnt werden. Ich vermute bei mir war dies kein Einzelfall...

10.0Struttura pulita, tutta rinnovata. Camere spaziose e ben insonorizzate. Personale accogliente e sempre molto disponibile. Colazione ottima con vasta scelta. Pranzo e cena serviti al tavolo ed inoltre buffet di verdure e altro sempre disponibile. Servizio spiaggia incluso con ombrellone e due lettini.
