Hotel en una zona céntrica y segura. No se escucha ruido alguno, es excelente lugar para descansar después de todo un día de tour. La atención es inigualable. Espero poder volver pronto.

Great caring host and lovely hostel

We arrived late in the evening with over one hour of delay but Mariella took great care of us, inquiring how we were doing and helping as much as she could. The rooms were clean and confortable, the breakfast was good and most importantly our host Mariella went out of her way to make sure we would spend the best day in Ica.

Ms Mariella is a great host, she is always asking if you need anything or if everything is all right with your stay even before we arrived she was calling to know if were close to pay attention to doors, also , she followed a protocol to receive us, helping with alcohol to sanitize our clothing before getting into her building . The only point that my group didn’t like was the fact that the reservation included breakfast but the owner told me that they have a policy to not offer breakfast on weekends and holidays; however, she offered us a breakfast making an exception to their main rule only for that opportunity. Also, the check out was earlier than what is announced through Expedia, it says noon but Ms Mariella said when that it is currently at 11:00 am due to COVID 19 cleaning protocols. This information needs to be updated in Expedia since it is misleading because of how it affects future guests plans.
