A terribly disappointment and one in which we expect a refund!
3.0The price was good. The beds were comfortable.
− The carpet in the room was filthy! The curtains were dusty and sent a cloud of dust in the air when we closed them. The bathroom was dirty, dusty. The dining room floor was dirty! The hotel wasn’t busy but they gave us rooms right by the stairs: So Noisy!!
100% would never recommend staying here. The “manager” is literally the worst person I’ve had to deal with and rooms are
1.0I didn’t like anything about the property
− The rooms were very dirty we ended up getting switched to another room at the same which literally was not any better. The lock was coming out of the door there were pubes and hair all over the bathroom floor along with dirt and sand on the floor. There was pee all over the walls by the toilet and the carpet was sticky in multiple spots also all of the charging USBs were broken. Night shift lady was somewhat helpful she was newer so she wasn’t sure how to help us at the exact moment. The “manager” was HORRIBLE and treated us terrible. Rolling her eyes at us when we asked for a receipt for our stay and telling us we needed to leave for complaining about the room.
