3.0Die Lage war an der Küstenpromenade. Das Gebäude im viktorianischen Baustil war von außen anschaulich und es war in der Blütezeit von Folkestone bestimmt eine super Adresse.
− Unser Zimmer war ganz oben (3. Etage Zimmer 316) und nur über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar. Der Lift bis zur Etage untendrunter war außer Betrieb. Trotz einer Feuerschutztür am Beginn der Treppe,hatte man schon ein etwas beklemmendes Gefühl, wenn man die mit Teppich belegte Treppe hoch ging. Die Frage kam auf, ob man wohl raus kommt, wenn es brennt. Im Zimmer fehlte an der oberen Nachttischschublade der Griff, an der Kommode hing die Abdeckung der zweiten Schublade schief (hatte sich aus den Holzdübeln gelöst). Die Beleuchtung überm Spiegel im Bad war nur geklebt. Sie hatte sich gelöst und hing herunter. Aus der Dusche (Duschkopf in einer Badwanne, mit Wasser aus Warm- und Kalt-Zulaufhähnen) kam zu Beginn nur kaltes Wasser. Später war es dann warm und wenn man etwas kaltes Wasser dazu haben wollte, wurde alles wieder kalt). 150,00 Euro ohne Frühstück war zu teuer!

− Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht repariert, das Zimmer war recht eng.

1.0One of badest place where I been ever . The hotel and room states are very bad , we changed 2 room because was dirty and without hot water also toilet been faulty . I’ll not recommend it to persons who are wanna come with family like me .
