− The staff was rude

− Front desk, broken shower handle, no coffee cups, no drinking cups, no breakfast room when there is a picture that shows one.
I would of preferred a discount or a different room
4.0Ac didn't work, explained to front desk, he said keep trying or try unit.. unit had no knobs and he replied open the window...
− No ac! It was a hot day

− When I got to room the AC didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. When I plugged in my charger the power outlet didn’t work. When I mentioned it to the person at the desk he didn’t really seem to care about what I said was not working. Wouldn’t stay here again based on those issues
