Ce fût agréable, une fois dans la chambre. Les escaliers d'entré sont difficile trop apique.
9.0Nous avons manqué le petit déjeuner car c'était trop tôt....nous sommes partis à 11h comme prévu, Le déjeuner aurait pu être jusqu'à 11 h.
− Nous avons fait livré et avons manqué notre présence pour la livraison. La personne à l'accueil a essayé de nous joindre seulement sur le cellulaire qui a manqué de charge. Il n'a pas essayé avec le téléphone de la chambre... aussi il aurait pu donné le numéro de chambre...

5.0Au petit déjeuner, le personnel était très productif et il ne manquait de rien.
− L'homme à l'accueil n'était pas bête mais pas non plus accueillant et de bonne humeur. Il y a un manque de propreté; planchers sales, meubles avec traces apparentes. Poignée pour ouvrir la douche brisée. L'emplacement de la suite 216 est quasiment dans le Hall d'entrée. Aucune explication pour le bain à remous non plus (se sèche automatiquement une 15aine de minutes plus tard, mais fait le saut si tu dors et tu ne le sais pas). Toute la soirée, l'impression d'avoir eu 5 personnes qui courraient en haut de nous et de même pour le lendemain matin.
Le pour et le contre
7.0L'importance pour moi est la propreté des lieux non seulement des chambres mais de l'hôtel entier et c'était vraiment très propre. Les déjeuners étaient simples mais les tables étaient nettoyées au fur et à mesure que les clients quittaient la salle.
− L'accueil! Aucun sourire ni aucun renseignements supplémentaires afin d'amener nos bagages à notre chambre sans avoir à monter l'escalier d'une dizaine de marches à l'arrivée. Il suffisait de nous indiquer qu'à l'arrière tout était prévu pour nous faciliter la tâche.
Un séjour agréable en général avec quelques améliorations à apporter pour que ce soit parfait
8.0Confort du lit et commodités, piscine et spa en plus du petit-déjeuner continental froid somme toute très bien, près de plusieurs services...
− Papier de toilette un seul épaisseur, savon, shampoing en petites bouteilles et pas en pompe de remplissage + écologique, pas de bac de recyclage dans la chambre non plus, aucune tablette dans la douche/porte-savon, il y aurait place à quelques améliorations et les réceptionnistes pas très professionnels et souriants mais l'hôtel en tant que tel, nous avons bien aimé.
