It would have been great if there are options for vegetarian. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be good if there are more activities we can do there at this season. The sweet treats and coffee were very welcoming to our late and cold arrival.

Location. Public areas.

− A b and b is best when it is a personal experience with the inn keepers and fellow guests. Self check in is hardly personal. The public areas were very nice. Our room overlooked rte 340. It felt like we were outside right next to the road. The building isn't soundproof at all. Every vehicle that passed us was very loud. Yes, they do have a jar of ear plugs on the night table. Do you want to use them to get a restful sleep? The room looked nice. But the bed tagged in the middle. This is bad for a side sleeper. The memory foam topper cannot correct a sag. The small refrigerator on the right side of the bed was very noisy and right next to you. The room was too hot. There was no temperature control. You could have opened a window. But it was raining. And if you did, the passing vehicles would have sounded like freight trains. We were awake at 3:30. We couldn't sleep. We had a long drive ahead of us. Facing the choice of waiting until 8 am for breakfast or just leaving then, we opted to leave at 4:20 in the morning.

The location was good. Did not like that staff was not available in person. Breakfast was good.

− Because of new health issues, i neglected to ask for ground floor accommodations. I am 69 yr old woman who could not do stairs and was booked an extremely small room on third floor. I managed the first night although did not get much sleep. Room was clean but cold and bed extremely uncomfortable.

I love how quaint it is and the amenities that come with it. Our room was comfortable and was decorated with a cute Christmas tree. The breakfast was delicious as usual.
