8.0Die immer wieder wunderschöne parkähnliche Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen und großen Bäumen und dem tollen Ausblick! Die Poolanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und immer wieder schön!
− Für zwei Frauen, die zwar zusammen reißen, aber kein Paar sind, ist ein 140 cm breites französisches Bett einfach zu klein. Schade fanden wir auch, dass das Frühstücksbuffett abgeschafft wurde und es jetzt nur noch belegte Brote gibt.

Staff fails to provide decent service and that overshadowed the whole of our stay
2.0Good seafront location and nice swimming pools. Staff at the pool was also very kind (Esther and a lady I don’t recall her name).
− We reported flies and ants in the flat on our second night at 1am and we were only offered another house which did not have view and felt smaller due to the single-floor lay out. The offered flat was boiling hot considering it was closed the whole day (maybe more?) and when we question where the remote control for the a/c was, we were told we would have to pay 3€ supplement to use the a/c. Considering that inconvenience with pests and the fact we had to move accommodations at 1am, on top of already paying 400€, i find this absolutely RIDICULOUS! Also, at no point during our interaction with the front desk a heard any apology about the inconvenience!
