− Tv didn't work but staff was great fixing the situation . Need more staff. Need more towels.

3.0Not much to write here that's for sure.
− Staff was cold and rude. Could tell renovations had recently been done However, they were incomplete and poor attention to detail. Missing baseboards, paint not complete or splatter, mold in the new shower, etc...

8.0Ease of check in....I asked when checking in if they had an accessible room and the clerk found me one on the first floor.
− No where to sit outside for smokers
