Our minimum check-in age is 21. Guests ages 21-24 are required to pay a $100 refundable cash security deposit per person. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Locals residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are welcome to stay with us year-round. Please note: A $150 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in for all local guest reservations.
