The room was beautifully designed

− There was a cockroach in one of the cups in the cupboard (alive). Called reception about the cleanliness and to inform about the pest. I mean so gross in being a cup you drink from. Response from reception was “that’s just Queensland” …. I have lived in Queensland my whole life and yet I’ve never had that at home or any hotel! So we didn’t use any cups lol

The unit was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. It was super quiet and easy walking distance to everything.

− The pool was under construction still, which we knew when booking. The renders look amazing and I'm sorry it wasn't completed when we stayed.

Staff were exceptional. Room was nice and well appointed. Parking was close to the room.

− The couch was very uncomfortable. Some areas need general maintenance, ie paint chips and discolouration of the ceiling above the bed, grouting in communal walkways between pavers missing. From the moment we entered our room, the floor was gritty and sandy.
