− Room smell like wet dog or dirty socks, I ordered room service after not eating all day.. Thay say 20 minutes it will be in my room, I called after an hour thay say problems in the kitchen.... Not started even... I expected much more from a presumably 5 stars hotel... Plus 30 euro parking.... For 5 hours.... They have a lot of improvements to do for sure new carpet in the very badly smelling room the worst I ever been in... And I am in at least 80 different hotel rooms every year

10.0My wife and I had a junior suite. The room was large and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast is varied and truly excellent. All of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I chose this hotel because they have a very large luggage storage room that I was able to leave my bicycle and other luggage during a few days while we were out of Madrid.
