Overpriced for the level of service/stay I received

I can’t really point out anything I really “liked”

− I arrived at 10:30 PM to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready and that it would be 20 minutes and it was almost 12:15am before I got to go to my room. They advertise that they have a Starbucks but the menu is so very limited. You can’t get anything on a basic Starbucks menu.
